1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Nanflows. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Nanflows ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Nanflows website and services.

By accessing or using Nanflows, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access our service.

2. Description of Service

Nanflows is an automation workflow platform that enables users to create, manage, and execute automated workflows by connecting various services and APIs. The service includes:

• Visual workflow builder and editor
• Integration with third-party services and APIs
• Workflow execution and scheduling

• Monitoring and analytics dashboard
• API access for advanced users

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use Nanflows. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use Nanflows to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Upload, transmit, or distribute viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Engage in activities that may harm, disrupt, or interfere with the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Scrape, crawl, or spider any part of our service

• Send spam, phishing, or other unsolicited communications
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation

You retain full ownership of all content, data, workflows, and materials you create, upload, or store using Nanflows ("User Content"). By using our service, you grant us a limited license to use your User Content solely to provide and improve our service.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to your User Content
• Your User Content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Your User Content complies with these Terms and applicable laws

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Nanflows service, including its design, functionality, code, documentation, and all underlying technology, is owned by Nanflows and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service without prior written consent from us. The Nanflows name, logo, and all related trademarks are property of Nanflows.

7. Payment and Subscription

7.1 Subscription Plans

Nanflows offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans provide additional features, increased limits, and priority support. Subscription fees are billed in advance according to your selected plan.

7.2 Payment Information

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription fees at any time. Any price change will become effective at the start of your next billing cycle. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes your agreement to pay the modified fees.

8. Third-Party Integrations

Nanflows allows you to connect third-party services through our platform. These third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party services.

When you connect a third-party service, you authorize us to access and exchange data with that service as necessary to provide the integration functionality.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. NANFLOWS MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NANFLOWS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the service
• Any content obtained from the service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF NANFLOWS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nanflows and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your User Content, or your use of the service.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Nanflows regarding your use of the service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
